By accessing and using the Plaztigo mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

Plaztigo provides a platform for ordering restaurant packaging supplies. You agree to:

Provide accurate and current information
Maintain the security of your account
Use the service only for lawful business purposes
Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment terms:

Card payments processed securely via Stripe (3% processing fee applies)
Net payment terms available for approved Inner Circle members
Late payment fees (1.5% monthly) apply to overdue invoices
All prices are in USD and subject to change

4. Delivery

We strive to deliver orders within the scheduled timeframe. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Free delivery applies to orders over $500 for Inner Circle members. Additional delivery charges may apply based on location.

5. Inner Circle Membership

Inner Circle VIP membership:

Requires application and approval
Provides exclusive discounts and benefits
May be revoked for non-payment or terms violation
Benefits and terms subject to change with notice

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Defective products may be replaced within 7 days of delivery with proof of defect. Contact customer support for return authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plaztigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Plaztigo platform are owned by Plaztigo Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
